Ephraim Ulmer

Ephraim manages the office of Godsey & Gibb Wealth Management in Columbia, South Carolina.

He began his investment management career following his graduation from Law School at the University of South Carolina. In 1991 he combined his firm WRC Capital with Godsey and Gibb Wealth Management. His responsibilities include serving the firm as Economic Investment Strategist, and also managing equity and fixed income portfolios for families, firms and foundations. He is a Principal of the firm. He has experience in retail brokerage management, having managed a three-office statewide region for a national brokerage firm.

Ephraim graduated from the Citadel in 1969, before earning his Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina in 1973. He attended the Securities Industry Institute at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
